Lily has worked in education for 15 years, doing everything from teaching kindergarten and first grade to developing curriculum and coaching new instructors. Lily uses her teaching expertise to help parents step into the almighty role they play in their kids' education. She can be found writing blogs for parents and teachers across the internet, including at Teaching Channel, Education.com, BabyCenter, and Mamalode.

Lily holds a M.A. in Education from UC Berkeley and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband, two kids and dog. When she's not dreaming up creative learning activities, Lily loves to drink endless cups of tea and read novels under a cozy blanket.
