Do this challenge at LEAST 3 days (5-7 is even better)!

Write down everything you do in your day.

EVERY thing. All of those 5 minute facebook breaks, 10 minute pinterest check-ups.

Every time you hear yourself say, “I don’t have time,” smack your wrist! (Kidding here). Instead, start realizing that it’s not that you don’t have time, it’s that it isn’t a priority.

Take a hard look at where you’re spending your time. Does it reflect your goals and your dreams and everything you want in your life?
